Title separatists are the "Mark Symbols" between various parts of the page title. And its not very important to use, the reason for adding a separator to your blog is just to better optimize your blog/websites for SEO and increasing traffic. To easily add this tool to your blog, simply follow below steps.

1: Go to blogger account main page and login to your account then go to template.

2: Click edit template and  press CTRL and  F then search this code: <title><data:blog.pageTitle/></title>

3: After finding the above code simply replace it with the below code: 

<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType == "item"'><title><data:blog.pageName/> | <data:blog.title/></title><b:else/><title><data:blog.pageTitle/></title> </b:if>

4: After replacing the above code click save the template and go to your blog and click any posts, and you will see a separator when you point the mouse in post. 

you can easily replace with any sign which you want to be a separator, Example Sign: \,/,[,],{,},| .
